As we are all well aware, we live in a challenging time of a pandemic, polarization of worldviews, and climate change which place us under more stress and social isolation than we have experienced in our lifetimes. It is my hope that I can provide some solace and perspective for you during this tumultuous time.
There are many resources available to all of us to adjust and move forward during these challenging times. Pausing to acknowledge our thoughts and feelings, breathing deeply and mindfully, taking time to take care of ourselves through exercise, eating healthily, and enjoying sufficient sleep are some of the ways we can take care of ourselves. Being present and patient with others is always good practice, and we may find it even more rewarding during these times of anxiety and worry. Please contact me if you’d like to talk through whatever stress and pressure you are experiencing now.
Take care and be well!
